As Head of Asbestos, Tim is responsible for high level liaison with Frankham Clients and provision of up to date, effective advice on asbestos compliance and strategic risk management. Tim ensures that our Clients are always given practical solutions based on a careful balance between regulatory requirements and commercial viability.

Tim manages a large and varied client portfolio, with contract ranging from housing stock up to large commercial properties. He has intimate knowledge of each project leading to providing a service which can be relied upon to deliver results. Furthermore, he is in charge of the quality management system, maintaining UKAS certification for inspection.

Tim has a vast experience across most sectors of the Risk and Compliance Management industry, including Healthcare, Housing, Local and Central Government Authorities, Transport and Retail, with a proportion of Compliance work relating to the education sector.
