Our risk management teams have amassed considerable experience in the management of physical and cultural change in a healthcare environment.

We are engaged with many Trusts and the main aim is to achieve a better caring environment. Extensive consultation is required to help the client manage change with a smooth transition from outworn facilities to updated modern and functional buildings.

In parallel with working with clients on design briefs and layouts, considerable time is also spent with health planners to challenge the current clinical working practices and with principal supply chain partners and Trusts to ensure that new and refurbished buildings are also compatible with new working methods – whilst also offering the ability to carry out a compliance audit to offer advice and improve compliance.

We also undertake an integrative multidisciplinary approach to help prioritise capital planning of Trusts’ estate buildings with a strong emphasis on the highest standards of infection control, combined with space use and energy efficiency.
