Since graduating from University, Lucy has worked within different sectors of the fire safety industry. Lucy has worked as a Technical Fire Inspector for Kent Fire and Rescue Service, Fire Consultant for BB7 Fire and most recently as a Senior Fire Consultant for Frankham RMS.

Lucy is Head of Fire Consultancy at Frankham RMS, she manages a team of consultants providing bespoke consultancy, compartmentation surveys, Type 1 to 4 fire risk assessments, fire safety management and quality assurance within the commercial and residential sector.

Lucy has an in depth knowledge of fire safety legislation and its application and management. Through further education, Lucy has continued her professional development in the implementation and design of risk management systems.

Lucy has worked on projects with large organisations, in both an audit and developmental role to ensure that organisations achieve an accredited fire risk management system in line with the requirements of PAS 7.
