As part of the Frankham Consultancy Group contracts, Frankham RMS has worked on the Defence Estate for many years with Prime Contractors Debut and PriDE, Serco Defence and Aerospace and direct with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.

Our multi disciplinary teams are conversant with the application of JSP scales, MoD BRCS building regulation approval protocols, MoD fire standards and functional standards for MoD compliance. Our work across the South West and South East Regional Prime Contracts.

Critical to our success is our close contract management of the end user brief which we harvest, record and deliver using standardised protocols including initial briefing meeting agenda and minute format, mechanical and electrical questionnaires, room data sheets and project programmes which define and set the brief to which we respond.
